沒有這麼生氣過!氣到一定要留言告訴大家! 品筑一直都是我們公司很愛叫的一間便當店,便當不僅好吃,甚至價格也很親民,而且店裡的阿姨講話都非常客氣,但外送人員真的差勁到不行! 午餐叫了外送,當下只跟我說了總金額,我便拿給他就離開,核對或是清點餐點都沒有。 但後來自己結算了發現金額不對,打電話詢問店家,小姐接起來只告訴我可能要等外送人員回來才能核對金額,之後再通知我,結果就沒下文了,直到晚上我再打過去詢問,小姐說那是早班發生的事並未交接,又留了我的電話,說隔天會再回覆我。 接著到了隔天我再打去詢問,一樣跟我說沒交接,但說會來退我錢。前前後後都是我打電話過去的,推來推去,而後來外送人員送來時先是打電話「劈頭就罵我」! 「昨天不是有用計算機跟妳核對嗎,不是有跟你清點過嗎,怎麼會有錯!」 哇真的沒遇到過這麼惡劣的人…算錯還一副理直氣壯,想要讓消費者自己認賠買單,重點還態度極惡劣的質疑消費者?好像先兇先罵先贏? 算錯錢兩方可能都可以說有錯,但我方只是想釐清真相(大家都是小職員,錢算錯總得有人認賠),但商家收款多收,還推推托托,甚至還罵客人,不會太離譜嗎?外送人員的水準素質真的很差勁到令人氣憤!
