高雄市榮民服務處有兩個辦公室一個位於鳳山 另一個位於前金  主要服務對象為榮民, 榮眷以及服役4-9年的第二類官兵      與服務對象相關的主要有兩個樓層    1.一樓櫃台:提供就學,就醫補助, 給與, 喪葬補助, 輔具, 急難救助, 俸金, 就養諮詢等相關服務   2.二樓就業站:提供就學, 就業, 職業訓練諮詢等相關服務    榮服處服務時間為星期一到五  每日08:00~17:00   中午休息時間為12:00~13:00   周末不營業   從一樓大門進入 左手邊有志工可提供諮詢服務    民眾洽公時則須先至一樓志工檯處抽取號碼牌

先到一樓門口左邊服務臺,量體溫及實名登記、發號碼牌。 櫃臺的小姐會先詢問服務項目, 如果是剛退伍的人,提供退伍令、退伍公函等資料,辦理榮民證及眷屬證。 二樓是就業輔導,會詳細說明就學、就業相關權益。 服務態度專業和善,提供的疑慮小姐也會馬上幫忙查詢或詢問旁邊資深的人員。

辦理業務前要先打電話,以免承辦人員休假。進門服務人員很熱心詢問要辦理的作業就會在量完溫度及填寫後帶至定位。看了退輔會電子公布及榮光來辦電子榮民證,問一樓小姐有無協助拍照,她說她新來的不知道,一個半月等通知再跑一趟去拿。無言,榮光月刊登載與電子資訊的政策,承辦人員都不知,如何便民服務。二樓更扯服務熱忱都沒有,下午3點多就同右邊男性同事打哈欠說想睡覺。6人太多閒人無事想睡也不將自己業管去了解。負評糟透了!

上個月去貴行重新申請我老婆的眷屬證,出發前先電話詢問是否能過去辦才過去的,但到現場後說系統有問題不能辦,當下我心想我騎到這邊快1小時,所以我主動詢問並告知說:今天用的好嗎?或是否要系統好後在郵寄給我,我來出郵寄費,不過行員堅持說由貴行才付郵資,不得不說真的感覺不錯。 之後又因貴行寄出後我沒注意到,所以郵局又退回給貴行,但你們的辦事員小姐很不錯,在5/12日還主動來電告知是否要在重寄一次,我說我過去拿就好(雖說要在騎快1小時),而專員也重覆叮嚀告知明日到1號櫃檯領取,直接說要拿我老婆的眷屬證就好。 然而在今日5/13日到貴行,服務檯的阿婆問我要辦什麼?我說昨天有接到專員小姐來電說要到1號櫃檯拿東西,但可能是因我有比10號櫃檯的方向,所以阿婆說我應該是要去10號櫃檯,所以我就走過去10號櫃檯詢問後,由9號櫃檯的先生引導我到1號櫃檯領取眷屬證。 但為何到了1號櫃檯後,這位專員完全不懂我要拿什麼,我都說很多次我要拿我老婆的眷屬證了,他說需要我提供證件查詢,但查詢不到我的資料,然後他還問我說你老婆是榮民嗎?我聽完真的快抓狂了,我心想我們是有代溝嗎?我要拿我老婆的眷屬證,我老婆會是榮民嗎?這時服務台的阿婆在距離我背後講大聲的說閒話,說我沒講清楚。我聽完真的有火氣了,妳在人背後批評人還講那麼大聲。 所以當下聽完阿婆說話後我就說:今天是你們造成我困擾,我才會多次來貴行的,你們內部沒有交接清楚,造成我過來後反而跟1號櫃檯的先生發生溝通上的困難,這時因我說的話比較大聲了,1號櫃檯左右的專員小姐才來跟他說,他要的東西在這裡,我才能順利拿到,只是我不懂的有3點:1、為何阿婆要批評不當面說,為何要在背後說的那麼大聲;2、而為何1號櫃檯的先生會問我老婆是退伍軍人嗎?但我都說我拿我老婆的眷屬證,昨天還是你們通知我過來1號櫃台拿;3、為何沒有跟1號櫃檯的先生交接好,讓他完全聽不懂我在說什麼呢
