怎麼我到現在都還沒收到簡訊通知
然後客服電話很難打 打通了了等待半小時 之後被掛掉從打又打不進
我保經說別人比我晚送的 都已經下來了 我怎連簡訊都沒收到..
我是不是可要求保險公司因超過15天理賠，請保險公司多付延滯利息按理賠金的年息10%，支付延滯利息
