因健保卡遺失跑了一趟健保局申辦,服務效率流暢,遇到的辦理業務人員很親切,補辦需支付$200元工本費、2吋大頭貼一張(光碟帶去也可以不用去洗)、身分證即可辦理,等待大約30分鐘左右。

前幾天更換健保卡,速度很快,也問了其他業務問題,也很親切的講解,謝謝14號承辦人員,人也很好。 而今天去辦了其他業務,不知道是不是那位承辦人員有年紀了,理解力不好,都說已經打過電話講好了,那後續處理部分要麻煩請承辦人員再打過去確認處理,一直鬼打牆說沒辦法,一副就是不想打電話,都說了對方要我轉達的,一直聽不進去,後來就直接跟她說算了,不用處理了身份證還我,然後才轉身去打電話?到底是6號承辦人員不清楚業務怎麼處理,還是真的過了退休年紀所以理解力變差了。
