原本機票的名字是有錯的,我請客服人員幫我更改名字也匯給對方1000元的更改費,結果今天才發現名字還是錯,我打過去客服說名字的最後一個名字還是錯,然後對方卻跟我說我當初只有說姓氏錯而已,所以只有幫忙改姓氏沒有改名字,要我自己去航空公司的櫃檯改,而且還要再付一次費用。重點是我當初是把整個護照資料傳過去給客服,應該要整個檢查完整再傳給客人正確的開票證明吧!!!???????? 真是氣死了! 再也不會光顧了!!不負責任的旅行社

今天我一個人帶著三位有年紀的長輩出國,他們三位都是第一次出國,有許多不懂的地方都要我帶著走流程。我就是擔心我衣個人應付不來才選擇跟團,沒想到那位導遊劉X倫面對我家人在旅程途中詢問時,都不愛搭理,最後兩天我們被帶到一家免稅店買東西,我們家人沒有買很多,加上在巴士沒有購買劉X倫的零食,他對我們家態度更差勁,完全沒再理會我家人,連我第一時間在LINE問他日本泡麵能不能帶回來台灣,他就說不行有肉,後來我們在機場和我家人有吵架,因為我有在社團上詢問,有些人前幾天也從日本回來,他們也帶了泡麵是可以過海關,後來我媽就問導遊說泡麵真的不能帶嗎,他用撇了一眼的態度說自己負責,然後就迅速從我們面前離開,連幫我們詢問都不肯,還那種一副不可一世囂張的態度,連我媽第一次出國的人都來問我說:「阿倫是不是不喜歡我們?我們是不是當時要跟他多買一些零食?」。明顯就是導遊第一時間知識不足連幫忙到日本機場櫃檯詢問都不肯,我們又不是沒付導遊費,一個人也要付1250元,四個人也是要5000元。沒想到卻得到他這種服務品質,真的是很失望。重點不是泡麵的問題,我大可直接丟掉就好了,重點是對待我家人的態度是這樣讓人很不愉快。

我是透過山富旅遊購買2/26-3/2前往新加坡,新加坡航空的機票。 先講結論:我覺得山富旅遊處理退票的方式,態度十分不積極,未來不會在選擇山富旅遊,我也會向我身邊喜愛旅遊的朋友講述此情形,就算價格有多低。 幫我處理的業務是 顏聖庭Vivian 小姐, 根本沒有主動打給我一通電話,全部的七八通電話,皆是我主動打電話給她,絲毫不積極,就算現在業務繁忙,誠可體諒,不過態度十分不佳,讓人心情十分不好。 因為當時尚未拿到退款,所以並未直接在電話上吵起來,所以好聲好氣跟她說。 一般來說,皆是透過旅行社去向航空公司溝通退款的情形,但顏小姐完全無意幫我溝通,都是我自己本人打給服務態度很好的新加坡航空客服票務中心處理。最後退票成功也是我直接跟航空公司談妥,我再自己打電話給顏小姐線上操作才完成。 個人認為山富旅遊在這次旅遊的大寒冬表現得十分差勁,對我而言公司的形象在顏小姐的處理下蕩然無存,讓人十分心寒、難過。當時也曾想過尋找民航局或是消費者保護基金會來投訴,不過最後還是作罷。很感謝新加坡航空的積極處理和良好態度。 未來也學乖了,絕對不會再透過山富旅遊訂購任何票券。 希望看到此篇文章的網友,可以係思,碰到問題時,哪一家公司才是真正可以信任的,我想,山富不是。
