★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天跟朋友各點一份牛排,在大遠百內販售是對口感會有期待的,本來不愛吃鐵板麵,但麵竟然是唯一吃起來正常沒壞掉的。
上面的醬汁是稀釋過很淡,不過還好沒有壞掉。
紅蘿蔔沒有任何調味,就是水煮而已,吃起來很明顯有酸味,向店員反映後,店員直接試吃內場的紅蘿蔔,轉頭跟我說是正常味道

既然都這麼說了,那就當店員味覺薄弱好了,。
回座位後,朋友說花椰菜也有淡淡的酸味,我咬了自己盤內那棵花椰菜後也吐出來,撥到一旁。
到後面我才吃到跟醬汁混在一起的洋蔥,是濃濃的壞掉的酸味!!!
新鮮的洋蔥是有一股刺鼻嗆味與甜味的,不新鮮的會出水及軟爛,這盤內的裝的配菜基本上全部都是壞掉的…
我們連肉都沒吃完,吃起來根本也不是肉的味道跟口感,這是百貨公司內牛排專賣店的水準?(夜市賣的牛排竟然還比較好吃而且比較便宜?)
原先猜測可能是疫情期間生意不好,導致許多食材保存不理想,我們還在討論以後不要吃就好,就是誤入大地雷區,沒想到回家上網看了大家評價,原來不是疫情的問題,是本來品質就有問題,超級傻眼!!
不是要惡意評價,但做餐飲最基本就是食材的新鮮度、口感、口味跟衛生,做吃的是要對客人的負責的,這樣的品質真的不建議開店,你們這樣很容易讓客人吃壞肚子
兩人消費分別是328跟428,還好我們沒有加價升級套餐
