★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一訪，看過之前的電視介紹特地到此，點了一份色誘水餃，一份12粒的60元，水餃份量比較小顆，用餐環境是開放式，所以用餐環境會比較熱，水餃有一兩顆吃味道有待酸味，品質有待加強

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家是先煎好放著，這次剛好吃到沒有放很久的煎餃，很好吃。點了鮪魚跟韭黃豬肉煎餃，價格實惠，內餡調味很好，不會很燥很膩。
我口味偏淡，雖然吃完還是想喝水，但跟某連鎖店比已經很好了

?鮪魚煎餃($50/8顆)
?高麗菜韭黃豬肉煎餃(小, $30/7顆)
1.內餡本身就蠻有味道.(局部斷面特寫以及全體合照那兩張...均為左邊是鮪魚口味...右邊是高麗菜韭黃豬肉口味.)
2.辣醬油含辣椒籽...整個口腔都有辣感. ?
3.煎餃好像都是先煎好後放保溫櫃. ? 雖然冷掉後不油...但如果能現點現煎的話...應該會更好吃.
4.用餐環境為開放空間...夏天吃的話...稍嫌熱. ?

3. Fried dumplings seem to be fried first and then put in the insulation cabinet. ? Although it is not oily after cooling down ... but if it can be fried now, it should be more delicious.
4. The dining environment is an open space ... If you eat in the summer ... a little too hot. ?
