有一點被騙的感覺,安全帽拿到,但是不是我選的顏色(在店裡面檢查的,不是在回家才發現的),然後也不能換貨,請問多那100元的售後服務有什麼用??第一次去買安全帽的感覺就很不好了。 店員說是原廠寄錯顏色,既然是原廠的錯,為什麼不能換貨,等貨來也等了快要一個月,結果還寄錯顏色,回家越想越不開心。

安全帽上貼的價錢和之後結帳的價錢不一樣,而且後來要訂的時候跟我們解釋會比較貴是因為店面有售後服務的部分所以有多收一點,過了3.4天後電話過來說我訂的那頂沒貨要不要換成我之前有看的另一頂(那頂就是店面貼3千多店員報價4千多的安全帽),店員又改口說當時看錯價錢 這頂只要3300,當下就已經很傻眼了,後來領貨時發現顏色不是我要的就問店員顏色是不是寄錯,店員說官網寄錯顏色 問說能不能換貨 店員竟然說不行,如果連換貨都做不到那我也不指望有什麼售後服務了,後來去看官網發現店員跟本介紹錯誤還跟我說官方照片有色差。只能說買過這一次不會再來了,之後到官網自己訂不受氣也不會訂錯顏色。
