整體來說個人覺得豆腐沒有炸的很酥，口感反而偏軟但有嚼勁。入口剛開始覺得沒什麼，但蠻有豆香的。

Overall, I think the tofu is not crispy, but the taste is soft but chewy. At the beginning the entrance felt nothing, but it was quite beany.
