★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一台除濕機拿去兩個多月只有第一次來電說明狀況，之後都是我打去問了好幾次進度，說幫我了解狀況再回電也沒有，好幾個禮拜過去再打去問才說缺料不能修 WTF 要取回說等他們組好再通知我去取件，現在幾個禮拜又過了無消無息...給一顆星都不值得，差勁。
I took a dehumidifier for more than two months and only called for the first time to explain the status. After that, I called to ask about the progress several times, and said that I would not call back after helping me understand the status. Said that the lack of materials can not repair the WTF, I have to get back and tell them to wait for them to be assembled before notifying me to pick up the pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歌林公司為何不公告已經退出家電市場？打遍全台各地（台北、台中、台南及高雄）的電話都沒人接（想調通聯紀錄嗎？歡迎來查呀！），想維修電視有這麼難嗎？試問……那現在架上還在販售的歌林各項家電，是否還有讓人在購買後，能無後顧之憂嗎？能不讓人聯想是在“清庫存，換現金”嗎？
Why does Kolin not announce that it has exited the home appliance market? There are no calls from all over the Taiwanese (Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung). (Want to adjust the joint record? Welcome to check it!) Is it so difficult to repair TV? I would like to ask... Is there any cargo that is still being sold on the shelf, is there any people who can buy it and have no worries? Can you not be reminiscent of "clearing inventory, changing cash"?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特力屋網站買的歌林快煮壺，煮水時像戰車，用不到半年就壞了，特力屋客服說可寄回，或找附近的維修站送修，廣西路這個點離家不遠，5/9送過去，維修中心收件後幫忙寄回總公司，5/13接到電話說修好了，會宅配回府，5/14收到快樂使用中，煮水聲小多了。本來要對歌林失去信心了，還好維修部門挽回了一些分數，我想沒有人喜歡用到維修服務，既然遇到了，就跑個流程，能解決就算錢沒有白花。
The Kelin quick-cooking pot bought from the Tellus website is like a chariot when it boils water. It breaks down in less than half a year. Tellus customer service said that it can be sent back, or it can be sent to a nearby repair station for repair. This point on Guangxi Road is not far from home. Far away, delivered it on 5/9, and the repair center helped to send it back to the head office after receiving it. On 5/13, I received a call saying that it was repaired, and it would be delivered to the house. On 5/14, I received it and used it happily, and the sound of boiling water was much quieter. I was about to lose confidence in Gelin, but fortunately, the maintenance department recovered some points. I don’t think anyone likes to use the maintenance service. Since they have encountered it, I will run a process. If it can be solved, the money is not wasted.
