割包的餡料有肉（三選ㄧ：五花肉、瘦肉、雞腿排）、煎蛋、香菜、花生粉。
一份$50，份量適中，當正餐或點心都適合。口味中規中矩、雞腿排蠻嫩的。
Small vendors at the intersection of Linquan Street are open almost every day (12:00-19:00), selling pig blood cakes and cut buns.
The fillings for the baobao include meat (three choices: pork belly, lean meat, chicken thigh steak), fried egg, coriander, and peanut powder.
For $50 a serving, it's a moderate portion, suitable for dinner or as a snack. The taste is quite satisfactory, and the chicken thighs are quite tender.
