前兩次去推薦包卡,我想說一開始沒卡,推銷是正常的就買了,後來,每次每次每次每一次去都要再推別的,各個療程都有了,就開始往上推,例如:有健康洗就再推冰河泥,不願包卡就推體驗,體驗完結帳時再推一輪??每次去都覺得心好累…
助理感覺流動的很快,洗頭技術參差不齊,有遇過真的讓我忍不住結帳時跟櫃檯反應…「我真的不知道她在幹嘛…」
最重要的是,要是繼續這樣推銷法,等我越過重重障礙用完卡後,絕對絕對不會再去了??

收錢時還不想收錢,非要講完推銷才不甘願的結帳。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果以一間純粹髮廊來看的話還不錯,洗髮後會幫你整理。但如果以舒壓的觀點去看是滿糟的一間店,大部分絲朵利精油洗$350至少還有肩頸按摩等等,同樣價格唯獨這家沒有,只有純粹洗洗頭且也沒什麼特別…也許洗髮精用的比較好吧….個人覺得不如不要販售此服務還比較好一點

也有用精油先按摩頭皮
結果這次去使用洗髮卡拒絕推銷加購項目之後
設計師完全忽略此步驟
設計師問要使用什麼精油
不講有什麼選項可以選
要自己問他才要提供選項
難道客人會知道你們有什麼精油嗎?
洗頭也洗得很隨便
沖水在頭上時
直接說了三個字「可以嗎?」
請問是在問什麼可以嗎?
洗頭也是隨便抓幾下就沖水
吹頭髮也不甘願
亂吹一通感覺頭髮還很亂
也沒問客人說這樣是否可以
直接跟客人說謝謝(意思是吹好了)
要在上面簽名也沒跟客人說
