回答的很不開心講話又很小聲

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫師真的很好，但是隔壁藥局領藥的一位女性人員沒有責任感，11日拿著處方簽想領藥上面最後期限是11號，負責的小姐說會幫我們調藥，結果16號才說藥調不到，可是已經超出最後期限，叫我們去其他藥局問，為何調不到藥不提早說？還拖了這麼多天，會去看醫生一定有病痛，多一點同理心好嗎
The doctor is really good, but a female staff member who received the medicine from the pharmacy next door has no sense of responsibility. On the 11th, the prescription deadline to receive the medicine was on the 11th. The lady in charge said that she would help us adjust the medicine. It is said that the medicine cannot be adjusted, but the deadline has been exceeded, and we are asked to go to other pharmacies. After so many days, I will go to the doctor to see if I have any pain.
