★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cool place to take photos. You can find these sort of Art Deco in lots of city places around the world. I would recommend to visit the big performing center right across the place to see the newest architecture of the city.
Nothing is opened too early, so expect to just take photos and do nothing else.
