109年3月26日訂寄箱奶水(買4送1=5箱)在貴公司,消費者於6.1日領完一箱並在旁邊簽名後,店員私自用不同顏色的筆竄改奶水罐數。 7月15日貴公司以公司盤點為理由,致電給我說把3月26日訂的奶水,剩下的送至我家,電話中,我有詢問我剩幾箱,貴公司回應剩3箱,當下我手上有工作在忙,就先答應店家送來我家,所以他們是送3箱到我家,我覺得怪怪的,但我沒有去爭辯,選擇相信店家(但我心裡os印象中只有取1箱(6.1那箱啊),應該還剩4箱才對吧,怎麼只剩3箱(!?))。 (當時送貨來沒看到出貨單,也無法查證我到底已領幾箱,剩幾箱。) 家父本身喝得比較慢,怕日期過期,浪費食物,他們送來後,當天經溝通協調後,貴公司再請司機收回去店家送來我家的3箱,也非常感謝他們的大恩大德通融。 但..... 8月25日我去貴公司時,看到寄貨單才發現原來單子已被竄改(解開我先前的疑惑),店員說我就是先前已取2箱....(我印象先前應該只有6.1取的那箱啊)(謎:那消失的一箱!?)我保持懷疑態度,我請店員查電腦紀錄我2箱是什麼時候取貨的,說沒有紀錄,只有這張竄改的單子? (當下只有我跟店員,後來有客人進來,店員刻意避開我,先處理別位客人,把我先晾在一旁說待會處理,但處理給我的回應只是他要問問看塗改的人是誰,請我先離開。) 後來打到客服,資深店長出面了解後,貴公司才說是自己寫錯了,這件事才解決。 倘若消費者沒有去質疑去看那張寄貨單或是打到客服,是否就這樣草草了事,雖然一箱才區區1000多元的商品,消費者已失去對貴公司的信任。
