★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻醬麵風味夠，不會因為花生粉吸水率過高導致麵乾乾的；麵條口感紮實非常好。
鴨肉小份還可以，但高雄鴨肉選擇性過多，所以算尚可。
餛飩湯豬肉很鮮，下次會選擇別歐種湯。
滷菜很多樣，下次帶朋友去再選擇。
The flavor of the sesame sauce noodles is enough, and the noodles will not dry out due to the high water absorption rate of the peanut powder; the noodles taste solid and very good.
Small portions of duck meat are okay, but Kaohsiung duck meat is too selective, so it is considered acceptable.
Wonton soup with pork is very fresh, I will choose other European soup next time.
There are many kinds of stewed dishes, so I will choose with friends next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次吃是點Uber，當時就覺得乾麵很合我的胃口，即便外送也沒有爛得誇張影響口感，味道還是很棒而且金針菇的味道超級喜歡！
剛好最近有空跑來店裡內用，這次點了餛飩湯麵、燙青菜（娃娃菜跟金針菇），真的要說個人還是偏愛乾麵味道比較重，燙青菜表現依舊很棒！也是第一次看到麵店有這麼多燙青菜可以選，整體很喜歡，老闆、員工態度也都很親切，有空要再來吃吃看其他餐點??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very simple(soybean oil falvor)but traditional Taiwanese noodle soup, it's named ”陽春麵”(Yang Chun Noodles)
陽春 means ”simple” and ”easy way” combined with noodle green bean sprouts, leek, some people like adding wonton(like me)
And order 黑白切（O-peh-tshait), what a wonderful day ~
