★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次去跟醫生說明需要洗牙與補兩顆牙 醫生當下並沒有說不能同時補牙+洗牙 最後洗完牙後拋下一句 補牙需要下次喔 幫你預約下次看診 當下並不確定是否不能同時完成補牙與洗牙 乖乖預約第二次看診 。
第二次看診跟醫生說明需要補兩顆牙齒 醫生當下也並沒有說明不能一次補完 補完一顆後拋下一句 另一顆下次再補 詢問原因為何 醫生也說不出個所以然 只說時間不夠了 這根本是浪費健保的費用的行為 !
後序再次詢問原因態度仍然強硬 表示你覺得其他家牙醫好你就去其他家 一臉無所謂的樣子 這樣子的醫生還配稱為醫生嗎？？
真心建議評分系統該有個零顆星的選項 這樣子的服務態度真的感受很差!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶著孩子去給醫生看蛀牙，孩子被前位醫生判定，說孩子不受控需要去做全身麻醉才能補牙，而且一般的牙科都不會收治這種好動的小孩。
但是昨天去詠新牙醫，醫生沒有做任何吸引小孩的動作，孩子就乖乖坐在診療椅上，醫生就馬上開始迅速的幫孩子補完四處的牙溝。最後還不收門診費。
牙醫對我們講話都很客氣，門診費也收的十分便宜。是很不錯的醫生，謝謝他。給我們一個很好的就醫的經驗，找對醫生真的很重要。有些年輕的醫生真的對孩子都沒有耐心，只是一味叫我們帶小孩去全身麻醉，一次要價三，四萬。還好，我們再找了詠新的醫生問診，才有了今天很好的結果，謝謝醫生。
