我想,評論不是只有消費才能夠留言的,而是我親身到店裡、跟店家接觸過,即可做出評論。我的態度從頭至尾都相當友善,帶著和善的語調詢問,除了互動到後半段,店家實在是沒有表現出積極的感受,我的語氣才變得平淡、低沉。我也沒有要求完美的服務態度,可是對方連基本與人友善互動的感覺都沒有。剩下的就交給其他消費者自行感受。(文字沒有溫度,我只是提供我的經驗給他人參考,勿自行過度解讀。) 本要購買上班穿的鞋子,可是店員態度明顯隨便甚至感覺不友善,一直抱胸與我對話,詢問有無某某鞋款,對方說:「有。」我再問有哪些顏色?她伸出她的手往鞋子指了指,我接著問了能否試穿,對方沒有回應我,問了第二次可以試穿嗎?對方才說:「是妳要穿的嗎?」我回答:「是。」對方沒有再接話,於是我接著問其他顏色是不是要調貨,對方回答:「對,週五才會來。」語氣一樣令人不快,於是打消購買的念頭。回家後,我致電到貴店,詢問有無其他店員能夠與我談話,對方卻沉默,我直接表明稍早在貴店不舒服的感受,也詢問是不是我態度不佳,讓店員以那樣的態度對我?店員表示沒有覺得我態度不好。也跟我説了如果有誤會跟我說聲抱歉。我也回應,謝謝她讓我知道我沒有問題。 2021.3.15約4:40到貴店 留 -- 回覆給店家: :)既然您說我是「莫名奇妙」的離開,明顯沒有覺得自身有問題,那我也沒什麼好說的,我唯一的問題就是,接收到您冰冷(雙手抱胸,中規中矩的服務)的語氣後,我也跟您一樣冰冷,這部分讓您不快了,真的很抱歉,對不起。關於我們在現場如何對答的過程,您到底有沒有問哪些問題,我也不會再多做回應。謝謝指教:)
