火烤2吃很試合小朋友去吃(DIY)還蠻有趣的,牛奶鍋和壽喜燒都不錯,只是座位有點小,還有沒開發票真的要小心~中華民國萬萬稅~

❎價格便宜的店如果比不起食材品質,至少應該對服務有所要求。本次用餐老闆、老闆娘不在(感覺像是小孩看家),服務比以往差很多。 一進門要入座,門口的小姐站在前台機械式的大喊「請先拿菜單」,因為有段時間沒去,早忘了菜單放哪裡,猶豫著站住不動,東張西望,然後一邊還重複聽見好幾次的「請先拿菜單」。這位小姐的功能可以用自動播放來替代掉吧?無法觀察客人的需求是找不到放置位置,重複無意義的播放同樣的話⋯⋯關鍵是本次開始用餐前,只有我們一桌,櫃台其實完全不忙。 ❎點餐的時候朋友想先喝溫水,在旁邊的餐具櫃找尋杯子,還口頭跟另一個朋友詢問。這時隱身在櫃檯的小姐聽到了,大喊一聲,「上餐後會附上杯子」。然後我們走過去問:「能先給嗎,只是想喝水」,對方又無聲卡了,朋友覺得很尷尬又坐回位置。 ❎上菜就真的離譜而且有損專業,同樣還是那位小姐!上菜亂擺一通,不會介紹菜品(譬如:不會表示上的是哪種鍋的料,一個勁的擺放,必須很專心她每次上菜或做詢問,以免吃到別人的)最搞笑的是我桌前左右都放菜了,居然前面擺空(通常那是放碗的位置),叩!很大一聲的把單據板放我前方,正常都放不打擾用餐行為的角落吧!然後這次她居然說話了,喊了句「帳單」...... ✅後來又來了兩桌,所以在後台的男員工也走出來幫忙上菜了(當天就他們兩人),在旁觀察一下,他幫每個人上菜時,還會幫忙開火,服務態度也算不錯。 ❎結論:基於這一連串的詭異行為,我給本次用餐經驗一顆星。 我相信這是那位員工的個人服務態度造成很大的問題。半年以前我去吃就遇過她了,只是當時有幸沒被她服務。 所以,一來,她早不是新手;二來,她明明眼前有學習的對象;三來,她的同伴及主管都沒有糾正這種服務態度......於是創造了這次不愉快的用餐體驗。
