★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager is extremely professional, as well as kind and courteous. Their service has always been very efficient and without fault. I want to especially point out their (English to Chinese) translation and notarization service, which is the best.
It also helps that they speak fluent English, which is great for foreigners.
I would highly recommend them to any foreigners in Kaohsiung looking for a notary public.
