外面的健康餐盒根本吃起來沒有味道，但是陪老婆去買這家的舒肥雞胸肉，意外的吃到調味不過重，也算好吃健康餐，當天吃的鮭魚還是用氣炸鍋料理，利用本身油脂，吃起來不油膩又清爽也有味道
