★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉燥以肥瘦肉切丁,瘦肉軟而不柴,滷汁顏色不深鹹度剛好,吃得出有膠質感,以紅蔥頭、蒜頭、胡椒提香氣,飯飽滿偏黏餬,整體肉燥不油膩蠻下飯,搭配酸菜有古早味口感,鹹度不重但重口味的我覺得還不錯(好像有荷包蛋可以點?)
爌肉跟肉燥滷汁差不多,肥瘦比例剛好,瘦肉軟嫩不柴,肥肉Q軟入味不油膩,筷子一夾皮肉分離,想大口吃肉就點爌肉
煎魚腸8點多去就沒了,所以點了煎虱目魚肚,屬肉質較薄、魚肚油也不多,但煎的酥脆不油膩,價格也合理!
建議可以點一碗湯搭配主食,湯料實在價格不貴,湯頭鮮美順口,芥末醬油自取,但醬油偏甜感
內用位子不多,早上去很容易客滿會有並桌可能,還有一些便當菜可以點,上餐速度、翻桌率都蠻快的,三多路上不太好停車,只賣早上到中午!
