在草衙道培芝家電買冰箱。 問店員說著台多少. 他說他們要出清這台上面張貼24600打完折18000 我說要用三本振興卷15000 買 配合百貨活動满3000送300 然後一本額外有高雄卷1千 所以正常有19500金額,他卻說已經折在裡面 他說百貨活動到今天唷 全新機拆封展示。 (她可能先扣好 但是如果他用紙寫 一筆這樣買的人比較懂) 卷給他她才說出清跟全新展示機 11號買的要23號才能到貨.. .. 到貨後 搬運人員說要樓層費,我跟他說買的時候他說不用 她就說公司規定 。 想一想算了,給他好了 她搬完放好 冰箱里有塊角破裂。 他說是工廠搬出來的 我跟他說我買展示的那台 他要展示我才等那麼多天。 他卻回應工廠搬出來的其他都說不知道,然後我要給他搬運費他也不要了。 送來卻讓我感覺很差!買個東西就像被騙了兩三次 送來感覺更是極差 全新拆封展示機 搞得跟整新機一樣。 在隔壁集雅社問一台小冰箱 他說這台10700錢 兩本振興卷配合百貨活動後跟高雄卷 還能退我2300 的抵用跟高雄卷。 草衙道培芝店員給我感覺很會推銷 沒耐心 態度很差!10/26申請節能補助的單位打來說 這台網路說是4級的無法申請.. 培芝家電銷售員跟我說是1級 上面也張貼1級.. 打電話去培芝說不知道! 是廠商給他們的標章.. 整個消費讓我覺得被詐騙了。 下午主管跟該銷售人員態度都很差. 我決定27號打1950好了。 主管跟我解釋那台以前是一級現在規章是4級,對於造成我不便之處困擾的地方一句沒有提。 只想快點把貨收回去退我三本振興卷. 都沒想過我裡面冰的東西 因為你們的作業疏失導致我 一天要等冰箱來一天要等冰箱送回 跑去影印申請補助 整天接廠商跟打你們家的電話 真是花錢受罪... 我這個消費者心態很簡單買便宜好用 保固最好不要用到的。

如果可以,連一星都不想給。 2021/12/29至三多路總公司訂購三菱電機MR-WX61C-W的電冰箱,且在訂購時已請門市人員註明送貨時間約為2022年4月,只會延後不會提前。2022年5月底與門市聯繫6月的送貨時間,門市人員才告知6月中無法送貨而且無法確定交期。 經詢問其他家電經銷商,有預告需要等但僅需等待1.2個月,去電三多總公司門市僅告知目前排單順位,一個月只配貨4~5台,只是一台冰箱需要消費者等一年? 門市人員還嘻皮笑臉說這就跟買保時捷一樣,要等一年以上。 請貴公司拿出解決的方法跟誠意好嗎?不要再用沒有晶片這種理由來塘塞消費者。
