★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天跑到高雄的電器公會，因為有雙重投保的問題要到那邊退保，服務人員的態度實在差勁的可以，掛號信一開始我們就沒有收到了，他們一直說他反正他們就是有寄掛號信給我們是我們自己沒有收到，叫我們自己去問郵局，我們打從一開始投保到現在從來沒有收過繳費單，關於這一點問服務人員，還是一副反正就是有寄給我們那是我們自己的問題，沒收到信叫我們自己去找問題的來源，口氣相當不好，實在是不適合在電器公會為人民服務，我要客訴的是那位年紀比較大的短頭髮的。
客戶有問題無法解決反而把責任推給客戶，今天我是客訴到這裡。希望可以改進

We didn't receive the registered letter from the beginning. They kept saying that he had registered mail anyway. The letter to us is that we did not receive it ourselves, and asked us to ask the post office ourselves. We have never paid the payment slip since we started to insure. We still ask the service staff about it, but it ’s us. For my own problem, I didn't receive a letter asking us to find the source of the problem. The tone is quite bad. It is really not suitable for serving the people at the Electrical Appliances Association.
The customer cannot solve the problem, but instead put the responsibility on the customer. Today I am here. Hope it can be improved
