非常差勁!!???? 賣行程賣很快,買了江南六日/金廈4日行程 後續繳交資料如此倉促,業務-張協理,居然以為“顧客有台胞證“ 12/02旅展購買 12/28要去,12/9號我自己詢問要繳什麼東西嗎?(護照辦資料!) 12/9號叫我拍護照/台胞證給他 12/10打電話說”以為我們有台胞證” 請問每個顧客要去內地都有台胞證嗎?什麼是台胞證?顧客會知道?業務不用告知?你們賣了也沒告知要準備什麼資料 叫顧客代辦資料,也不講清楚要收多少錢,叫人家資料寄一寄,我問代辦要費用?才說台胞證1700*2=3400 說我們自己沒辦法辦,一定要給旅行社辦,(辦台胞證是我自己去問有去過內地的朋友大概1200她也忘了 後來業務又叫我們自己去辦(說自己辦,要飛香港,又要丟包叫我們自己處理辦理給其他旅社,我就火大了) 都已經12/10號,請問都不用忙,不用上班?你們要明天寄資料就寄資料? 照片不用洗,資料不用找? 後來我說,問換業務事宜,又改1500 由於太不爽我自行打去公司換業務 原本台胞證來不及辦,還要叫我改落地簽100人民幣 看似便宜,還要我付?要不是你們這麼趕時間處理這個出國事宜,我還要改落地簽?能早點辦資料為什麼不要早點用? 想說生日要開開心心出去搞成這樣,不愉快 打去客訴換業務,原業務也沒一句對不起抱歉 換一個業務一開始還有處理,後面也沒交代清楚幾號辦理處理,甚至客訴案件公司就這樣含糊過了,說有懲處張協理,到底有沒有懲處我們也不知道,對客人撫卹也沒有 現在我寄照片,照片尺寸不對,新業務去翻照片重洗70元,說他們微薄薪水,能吸收就吸收,台胞證辦的挫挫有餘,都沒想到我跟我朋友弄這些資料多趕,剛好我又要出外地,如果我出門了,資料沒有先給,根本來不及辦 朋友也要忙工作,就你們禮拜幾寄資料就寄? 來的急就剛剛好,來不急請問誰負責?怪顧客照片資料給太慢?還是你們問太慢? 後續撫卹處理很爛????完全不推薦此旅行社

這一次參加台北之旅兩天一夜,雖然有點趕,不過還是完美走完,司機大哥開車很穩態度好,導遊先生服務親切而且講解詳細,是一個不錯的導遊 回高雄的時候不小心把東西用丟了本公司很快速的一天之內把東西找回來了,真的很感謝,強力推薦,這間是不錯的旅行社……

爛到不知道說什麼,2萬8千4百五天的泰國行程去一堆鬼地方,以下完全沒有誇大不實的指控,完全真實。 1.行軍操勞旅行 每天都要7點多起床,大概都10點過後甚至12點才回房,但一開始行程也沒寫各行程的時間。 2.奇怪景點瞎又難玩 都去觀光客逛的市集,貴又難吃還難逛,其中最瞎的大概是美斯樂十合一的金三角風情,園區裡面有動物的地方,都非常臭、給動物的環境非常差,這個暫且不提,裡面一些中國軍打戰的歷史解說鼓催要兩岸統一,這個到底什麼是什麼鬼東西?這個行程真的不知道說什麼,忘了說住在對面就是海攤的飯店,卻開了45分鐘到了一個限制遊客只能在一個小方框海域玩水的海水浴場,十個人玩水都嫌擠,還兩個團同時在玩。 3.餐餐難吃 幾乎餐餐吃的桌菜都很難吃,一個人說不好吃可能是口味問題,但一團人每桌都剩一堆,就不是個人問題了吧?紅蟳冬粉裡只有半隻不知道品種的蟹,冬粉黏鍋一夾就斷光,每餐都品質都差不多這樣吧。 4.飯店問題一籮筐 前面兩天住a one可以接受,但完全沒時間去泳池跟飯店外的沙灘,不知道住這裡幹嘛,回來也就只能睡覺,房間有些人的冷氣不冷,我這房是冷氣超冷調不下來;在曼谷住這個真的不知道什麼東西,標榜五星級,大家就自己看圖吧⋯⋯我們這房還算好的,有人換了兩次房間都有問題,例如漏水、東西壞掉等等 5.導遊沒禮貌 行程操勞上車每次移動一坐就是30分鐘起跳,大家上車睡覺很正常吧?導遊直接開口說我們這團不好玩?請問導遊是來工作還是來度假?到底誰來度假啊? 才玩到第四天還沒結束就讓人崩潰的行程,讓我們來看看今天跟明天還會出現什麼鬼,看我心情跟大家更新這趟鬼旅行,請大家千萬不要花錢在這間旅社,這是本人血的教訓啊!因為快三萬的價錢會有很好的享受,結果真是在哈囉?
