★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在一樓聯合中心問了志工要辦的業務,志工小姐請我上九樓,上九樓經發局又叫我下一樓聯合中心辦理,整體態度良好,只是可以一次說明白嗎??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明排了長隊的櫃台,沒有安排多些公務人員支援引導說明或取單填單,重覆的排隊非常浪費時間!
(但志工很親切)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很不願意只給三顆星(很多承辦人員都是很熱心服務民眾)但今天去一樓櫃台影印證件時,志工態度超差,口氣很不好(我不知道哪裡惹到她了)..尤其外面一整天下著大雨,民眾濕漉漉的,我們心情才該不好吧?
後來過去結帳時,聽到此志工跟另一位小姐說:是我沒有跟民眾說清楚律師諮詢只有20分鐘,是我的問題...
(難怪我聽到民眾很開心的謝謝服務台說律師很好,解說很詳細)
um...我心裡想:你前一個業務的疏失,何必把不滿發洩在我身上?
但還是謝謝2號櫃檯的承辦人員

(No wonder I heard that the people are very happy. Thank you for saying that the lawyer is very good and the explanation is very detailed)
um...I thought to myself: Why should you vent your dissatisfaction on me because of your previous business negligence?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為了辦理負責人變更和所營項目增加,花了2000元的規費,也因為承辦人少了一份熱心打電話確認郵寄地址,本人遲遲等不到信件,礙急於取得辦理公司開戶的所需資料,特別請假南下坐高鐵至左營站,再搭計程車至高市府申請商登抄本公文,又再搭高鐵回上課的地點,才算完成。覺得很沒效率,花了我好多錢和時間。如果能再寄文件前,主動打通電話與申請人確認收件的郵件地址,就可省掉這些往返的時間和車錢。真心建議,請承辦人員多些熱心,多與申請人確認資料的正確性,才不至於浪費時間又浪費錢。對於承辦人員的處事態度,少了熱心,服務的品質就差,怎能提升對高市府的形象呢?

另外,工商服務中心的入口處或許應該設置號碼牌,找承辦人員補文件時,可放人進去。防疫期間,設置人員在門口擋人,卻自行來來往往,防疫效果會佳嗎????
承辦人員的服務態度和效率大為不同,請加強人員的素質,拿民眾的印章,還丟落地上,也不撿,讓民眾自行撿起的承辦人員,應該多多加強效率和服務態度!!!
