★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/14臨櫃辦理理賠，佘小姐服務親切專業，不似在鳳山申請出險，結果因為不夠細心，把申請資料寄給對方(同國泰)辦理賠，結果沒有幫我方申請出險，造成保戶的我方，後續程序非常不便與困惱。
On 3/14, I went to the counter to settle the claim. Ms. She's service was friendly and professional. It was not like applying for an accident in Fengshan. As a result, she was not careful enough to send the application materials to the other party (with Cathay Pacific) for the claim. For the customer's side, the follow-up procedure is very inconvenient and troublesome.
