The doctor listened to my concerns and recommended treatment as well as talked to me about how I should take care of my skin. Also the doctors speak English well if language barrier is a concern. It's a nice, clean space. Came back to try the Hydrafacial and absolutely loved it ? My skin has never been smoother and absorbs product much better

The office is very clean, well organized and even has an operation room.
Dr Chen is amazing, he is very caring, meticulous, and through. He does all the procedures by himself. He also has great manner, listen to your concerns and try to help
Friendly and efficient staff. I highly recommend Dr Chen and this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my 2nd appointment today and I must say that Dr. Chen was very patient, eloquent, friendly, and professional. He also speaks English well. Unfortunately, I have just encountered a nasty registered lady with white robe and red short hair, believe it or not, she raised her voice at me in front of people (which is quite embarrassing and disappointing) for no reason when I asked her questions as I don't really understand Chinese, so I asked her again just to make sure that I didn't get it wrong..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time being here, and my doctor is Dr.Chen, he was very patient and professional, he gave an information that you needed to know even more recommendation, he tried to solved your skin problem, if you have any question about your skin don’t hesitate to ask him, because he has lots of experience, you can tell from the way he explain to you about the information, very recommended, ???????? (Last week, I went here, but coz there is so many people, that’s why I changed into today, but now I finally understand why there is so many people come here, and also before I went here I saw lots of review on google, so I went here and I experienced it by myself)
