★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得這間書店進的書都很少，也沒有多少優惠，店員的工作態度也不積極，看到客人進來也不會主動去介紹他們的書，好像一副無所謂的樣子，可能他們也沒有業績壓力吧，我在這間書店都找不到我要的書，我對這間書局的整體感覺很糟糕，我認為店員的工作態度很消極，也幫不上甚麼忙，我以後再也不會去這間外文書很少，店員也不積極介紹書的書店。我在店員身上看不到她們對這份工作的熱情，感覺只是想要得過且過，書店的員工都不會主動介紹書籍，感覺非常冷漠。
I think this bookstore has very few books, and there are not many discounts. The clerk’s work attitude is not positive. They will not take the initiative to introduce their books when they see customers come in. They seem to be indifferent. Maybe they don’t have any. Performance pressure, I can’t find the book I want in this bookstore. I feel terrible about this bookstore as a whole. I think the clerk’s attitude towards work is very negative and can’t help much. I will never again. I go to this bookstore with few foreign documents and the clerk does not actively introduce books. I don’t see their enthusiasm for this job in the shop staff. I just feel that I just want to get by. The staff in the bookstore will not take the initiative to introduce books, and I feel very indifferent.

They accept credit cards and they will offer credit to schools by sending them a bill later.
Return policy experience: They offered store credit for undamaged books. No cash refunds.
