2018年四月 ,參加阿朗壹,出發前有給我們車子的車牌
臨時變更車輛都沒說!
一般來說來岡山的車輛都會在統聯對面接送
(協芳木業旁)
司機從台南往南 為了方便在中油永全站那邊接我們上車
導遊在中正上車這都沒關係
回程導遊先中正下,司機把我們丟在統聯外面 我們要跨過南北雙向上交流道的車流再走回到本來上車的地方!而且有跟司機說喔!
不知道地理相關位置看一下GOOGLE地圖!
就你們方便就好!

It doesn’t matter if the tour guide gets on the bus at Zhongzheng
On the return journey, the tour guide first got off the center, and the driver left us outside of the Union. We have to cross the traffic flow of the north-south interchange and walk back to the place where the car was originally boarded! And he told the driver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常常買票卷但第一次遇到這麼糟糕的事情,已在網路預約餐劵,預約完立刻Line進貴公司確認取票時間也回答OK沒問題,因取票地點在用餐附近,所以用餐當天前往取票,但卻告訴我餐券已賣完!然後說我沒完成網路預約程序?我明明預約完馬上做了確認動作,公司員工也回覆ok!當下人員的回應是:主管不在,也沒餐券了,要不要改買其他抵用卷?價差近一倍,試問換做是你,你願意嗎?一點要處理這件事情的意願也沒有,態度很差,只推拖主管不在,消費者只能自認倒霉,請要買這家公司相關東西的人們,要三思再三思,免得落的像我一樣的下場,不僅耽誤用餐時間,一整天的好心情全沒了!

回程路上有詢問能不能去買鳳梨酥,領隊的回答是會跟司機討論看看,結果就直接一路開到萬客香?後來上車才說那家鳳梨酥不好吃,所以停萬客香?完全沒跟我們討論,如果不能去鳳梨酥那邊也可以直說,而不是直接帶我們到一個根本沒人想去的地方,而且萬客香的秋葵根本就很雷,都太老,確定是推薦萬客香的產品才帶我們去的嗎??總之讓人覺得很不被尊重,希望能改進
