今天第一次到這間診所看診。掛號後看了一下候診室,除了我以及在我後面掛號的太太(似乎腳受傷了)之外候診間內大概還有5~6 位待診。 接下來就是看診的標準程序~ 等! 不過這間診所的醫生似乎很認真問診,因為比起其他診所每位病人看診的時間長很多。 就當心裡惦記著女兒正在其他耳鼻喉科看病 (我幫她掛號時,她前面的候診人數是 9位),這時在我後面掛號那位腳受傷的太太先被請進去了 (或許是 熟人吧,算了!) 反正我也不是甚麼大毛病,只是手指傷口需要拆線,所以打定主意先送女兒回家,因此就向掛號處的護士說明須離開去接小孩,護士小姐也親切地提醒我 : [ 回來後記得來掛號櫃台重新報到 !]。 從此間診所到 "復興路 vs. 三多路口" 的耳鼻喉科時,女兒已經在騎樓等到閉目養神,立馬載她回到 "復興路 vs. 苓雅一路口";然後再衝回此間診所,各位在地看官可以估一下這段路程騎機車需要多久。 回到 羅吉雄內外科診所後,如上說明去向掛號櫃台護士重新報到;護士說: [請問您是? ...喔,林先生是吧,您先請坐],然後就看著掛號櫃台護士往醫生診間走進去 (我心想,她應該是去跟醫生說,我回來重新報到了吧!) 老習慣,環顧一下候診室;有一位媽媽帶著兩個四、五歲的小男孩,她們是在我臨時離開前來掛號的,之所以會有印象是因為,小男孩一到診間似乎在跟媽媽吵著甚麼,所以掛號櫃台護士問小男孩說: [想要打針? 還是吃糖]。 另外,坐在我對面是一位穿著藍色緊身運動衣的年輕人;所以應該不需要等痕久吧? 小男孩們進去診間時,一位身穿 咖啡色短T 的太太進來掛號;不久後來了一對夫妻要在醫療收據上加蓋 "與正本相符" 印章。 小男孩們出來了,藍衣年輕人進診間。接著來了一位 橫條灰衣 Polo 衫先生,看起來人很不舒服。 似乎是家有名的診所,看診的人還真多。 藍衣年輕人總算出來了;我正準備起身時, 咖啡色短T 太太被叫進去了!!! (又是一個熟人??? 我滿頭黑人問號) 咖啡色短T 太太終於出來了 (她看診期間,掛號櫃台護士為了那個 "與正本相符" 印章進進出出診間好幾次,手忙腳亂)。 這下應該出現我的名字的吧! E04,居然是 橫條灰色 Polo 衫先生被請進診間。 然後我就去告訴 掛號櫃檯的護士小姐 : [請把我的健保卡還我,我不看病了] 就在同時,診間裡出現我的姓名的叫喚聲 ~~~ 我還是跟掛號櫃台護士堅持拿回 健保卡;她只好進診間告知醫師。約莫 1分鐘後,她還給我健保卡,並說要幫我退掛。我告訴她 : [150 你們留著做功德就好],於是就出診所電動門準備跨車走人。 就在綁安全帽時,一位相貌堂堂也是身著 Polo 衫的先生走出診所電動門,並對我說話。(我猜 他是醫生吧?) 他說: [看診等候個五、六個病人是常有的] 我說: [這我知道。我也接受我跳了號,所以我重新報到後,已經在候診的人,不論比我早或晚掛號,都應該先看診。但是,我重新報到後才到診所掛號的人,居然還比我先就診? ] 他說: [我們診所有兩位醫生分別看診] 他說: [我已經等了你 30分鐘] 我沒有再回話,發動車子就離開 心中小劇場: a. 你們診所有兩位醫生看診,我哪知道; 掛號櫃台並沒有跟我說有兩位醫生,也沒有問我要掛哪一位醫生。早說的話,我就直接掛人少的醫生不就得了!!! b. 醫生大人您等我30分鐘??? 我臨時離開有要求您不可以接其他病人嗎? 我回到診所後沒有去跟掛號櫃台重新報到嗎? 我重新報到後,您還在診間繼續等我? 給一顆星是因為沒得選半顆,而且不選還不能發佈評論 總之不會再去

羅醫師本人和藹親切,看診態度十分專業;但院內穿黑色衣服未穿制服的打針小姐,未戴名牌不知道是否真有醫護執照,服務態度不佳! 另一位也是未穿制服,下身穿牛仔褲的中年婦女,一下叫待診者不准進入,一下叫打完疫苗者出去外面等,外面氣溫30幾度,不是在整人嗎?,整間診所都是她的叫聲吵死人了,服務態度超差的!
