I don’t usually like to eat the beef noodles with beef just the broth plus sauce and great noodles will do. So for the first time I just order a large dry beef noodle and the staff was very nice to let me change the beef to beef tendons. Very kind staff ❤️
The noodles are thick and chewy similar to the texture of the udon noodles. Not a big fan but I still enjoyed it. But OMG u MUST TRY the beef tendons! They are so soft and melts in your mouth. Beautiful ?
The dinning area is very clean and fresh even on a hot day as the have fan. everywhere inside and outside.
Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went around 7:30, 30 min before closing and they were sold out of the soup noodles. I ordered the beef noodles without soup and the garlicy beef sauce was delicious! I had to order the century egg and tofu, as per people's reviews, and didn't find anything too special about it. Small noodles $100, century egg and tofu $30. Expensive in kaohsiung standards but quite tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taiwanese recommended 2 beef noodles stalls to me. The other was closed hence I come to this place. I am very much impressed by the soup base, flavourful and not heavy. Most ppl will also order tofu and preserved egg but I am not a fan of preserved egg. The tofu is highly recommended as well. Very crowded during lunch time be prepared to wait a little while to get seated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is delicious. We ordered two beef noodles soup, sauteed steak with green onions and tofu and egg. All reasonably priced and had lots of flavor. Place was a bit busy and the sauteed steak came out late. Other than that I would recommend you give them a try. I read they offer English menus but I didn't find one.
