★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一家口味相對正宗的煎餅果子，有酸豆角口味，吃了很多間根本幾乎都沒有這樣配料，其他店的簡直邪魔歪道，這間真的超級好吃，大份吃了又會飽，價格適中、唇齒留香。

口感很不錯很脆，這是異國風味的點心但是也會吃的很飽。可以打電話先點，但是要記得趕快去拿才不會影響口感。如果甜的口味醬可以再塗得多一點會更有味道。

煎餅果子的「標配」即包含生菜、肉鬆，覺得很實惠；裡面的薄脆香脆，咀嚼時很有存在感，美味?。煎餅果子最大的問題大概就是太油太扎實了，整個吃完會很撐，須將身材置之度外?。還好麻吉菓菓尚有其他選擇，炒涼皮也很不錯，涼皮吃起來像粄條，但口感較Q；不同口味的涼皮調味分明，醬燒菇菇的醬吃來順口，也能吃到香菇的香味；韓式泡菜微辣，泡菜偏酸。平價美食。

我其實之前都沒吃過?
前幾天突然接受到宇宙訊息（又關宇宙什麼事?明明自己塞呷）
腦袋瓜就跳出「煎餅果子」然後就開啟google map搜尋?
找到了這家離我最近，看似也道地天津風味的攤子（因為只有她有賣古早味?♀️）
在攤位前看著老闆娘製作
眼睛直盯煎台上的食材（是有奪餓?）
一口氣放上三片脆脆靈魂?
我當下真的好想立刻完食它喔?
第一次買覺得酸豆放太少，隔天再訪老闆娘說喜歡酸豆可以告知，他們會多放一點（好開心啊）
而且有一個隱藏式點法：就是可以要求做雙蛋豪華版啊（只+5元，是不是很佛心～但未來蛋價若還是居高不下就會往上調了～這點客人可能還是得多包涵，畢竟現在原物料真的好貴啊）
吃辣的朋友記得加辣
老闆娘會刷上特製的油潑喔
讓整個餅風味大不同??
結論：買完上車是無法馬上吃點！因為爆炸燙?根本拿不住?
但真的脆的好好吃～銅板小吃～萬歲
