本人吃了約30年，絕對不下200份螺肉嫂螺肉，邊叼菸邊炒出來的螺肉該是什麼口感跟味道，我應該是很清楚。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 螺肉、海瓜子、蝦子還不錯，蛤蜊都活蹦亂跳。店家的清蒸螃蟹，以前吃起來肉質緊實又多汁，無論公蟹的蟹膏、母蟹的蟹黃甚至無論公母的蟹肉都很好吃，沾醬更是一絕，但不知道是否進貨渠道更換以及店家不在用心，最近幾次吃海鮮品質下降，螃蟹很多沙子、常常沒弄乾淨(以前不會，處理的還算乾淨)，秋天了但母蟹沒什麼蟹黃、公蟹的蟹膏顏色跟以往比起來很詭異且吃起來苦苦的，無論公蟹、母蟹吃起來都肉質鬆散、軟爛噁心，腥味又重，非常失望。
