櫃檯很棒,房間清潔也很乾淨。 但是門的隔音需要加強,建議可以直接換門,半夜會聽到外面喧嘩的聲音。

服務人員很親切也很有耐心,房間的清潔度也可接受,雙人床的軟硬度適中,洗髮沐浴使用上山採藥,地理位置還可以離輕軌的搭車站約15分鐘,整體來說還算滿意

入住日期2022.01.21-01.23 優點 1.隔音蠻好,幾乎聽不到其他房間或是走道傳來的聲音 (但可能是房型問題?我不肯定) 2.提供的一次性物品都很齊全 3.地點很方便 缺點 1.插座很難用 2.冰箱沒有插電線,但線長也不夠插最近的插座 3.沒有在房間內提供wifi密碼(至少我沒看到寫在哪) 4.有熱水壺,但紙杯是很薄的一次性紙杯(想燙死誰?) 不知如何評斷 1.本來我是訂無窗有浴缸的房間,到了現場之後說給有升級的房間,是有窗戶,空間也挺大的,但浴缸升級到不見了(?) 2.入住的第一天熱水不夠熱,但第二天熱水就突然有了 但入住前並沒告知有這種問題 會有機會再入住,但依照上述體驗不會是較優先的選擇

111/02/26本來要在高雄訂房,結果都找不到,還好有這間,老闆還熱心的保留位子,最後一間空房,讓我們從仁武下來的有時間可以趕到現場劃位,真的很佛!而且還是豪華雙人房,真的感覺就很不錯!浴室雖然簡約,但是是還可以的!房間也裝潢真的還蠻不錯的,床也很軟,很好睡!?

我們住在B區五人房,原訂住2晚,因冷氣滴水只住1晚就退宿 1.床上以及枕頭上有不知名的黑色屑屑 2.吹風機老舊且接觸不良 房間吹風機是超老舊的那種游泳池紅色吹風機,還要喬角度,不然接觸不良會斷電 3.多處積灰塵,ex熱水壺、窗戶、窗簾… 4.整個商旅內部包含房間都有一股怪味,尤其是走廊部分 5.冷氣漏水 半夜約1.多的時候冷氣開始漏水,冷氣位在其中一張床邊正上方,因此床墊及枕頭都被弄濕了,和櫃檯反應後,工作人員來房間修了兩次,一再保證不會再漏水,漏水狀況卻依然沒改善,詢問過後櫃檯人員,說當晚有空房,但不給換房間。 整晚冷氣機都在滴水,持續的滴水聲、滴濕的枕頭及床單和地板及服務人員來回進出修理,造成整晚睡眠品質及住宿體驗極差 隔天一早與總經理?(line名稱顯示*林總*)通話,希望能針對冷氣漏水部分得到合理的補償 林總表示冷氣電視機等設備偶爾會有不明原因故障,服務人員皆有幫我們處理,所以不是旅館的問題,是設備問題,因此溝通的最一開始並無補償的意願。 經我們表達不滿後才提出針對昨晚五人房共退款300元,但關於貴商旅的處理方式及林總的態度,我們對於僅300元的補償十分傻眼。 經後續來回爭吵後達成共識,商旅賠償500元,林總個人額外支付500元,共1000元,第二天(尚未入住)則全額退款。 林總表示因不想上報,因此才自掏腰包額外補償我們500元。 通話過程中林總多次說我們針對、攻擊他,但我們並未做任何人身攻擊,單就冷氣滴水而嚴重影響住宿體驗討論,希望能得到合理的補償,以及為何有空房,卻不能在當下協助換房有合理的解釋。 林總對於有空房卻不讓換房的解釋為旅館常有超賣情況,因此須預留空房,以備不時之需,但當時已超過凌晨1:30,不明白為何這個時間會認為有突然發現超賣、有人要入住的情形。 林總而後又說我們需考量到貴商旅的人力和成本問題,我們臨時換房會造成他們來不及清潔。但商家營業成本利益應由自己計算評估,而不該是使消費者體驗極差卻又要求體諒的吧。
