★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pho was good but the service isn't. We paid at the beginning but never received one of our orders, had a hard time asking what happened to it because of language barriers. Another customer helped us to get a refund. (The servers don't speak English and limited Chinese.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a rat!!! Huge one. Going from the furniture (where they have the sauces and chopsticks) to the kitchen. When we told the owner, she acted like it was normal, not even apologize or tried to do something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Vietnamese food, friendly service, clean environment. They have a picture menu and all dish names are also provided in English. Sometimes in Taiwan I just want a roll - their beef Banh Mi really hits the spot. Great place also for gluten intolerant as lots of rice dishes to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been coming here every year during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's our go to location in Kaoshuing. They offer lots of tasty Vietnamese dishes. I'm not sure if they're short staffed or extremely busy, but service is slow. Our fried fish order wasn't cooked fully, and took a while to flag a server. They refried our dish and corrected the issue. Other than that the food and portions are good.
