技師來裝淨水器,備品沒有帶齊,水龍頭部分原本不會漏水,測試水流卻一直漏水,也不知要怎麼處理,實在沒辦法住戶只能自己去買備品,弄了兩、三個小時(不知道算慢還算快) 整體來說服務是不錯,危機處理可以再加強

售後服務超差,高雄鳳山剛好停水,打電話去更換時間,被客服說我常更換時間!我第一次打更換時間,然後又被技師質疑三次,鳳山真的停水!而且大保養時間超級久,在高雄水質真的不好,濾芯無法撐那麼久,面板也經常故障?售後真的實在發生太多太瞎的事情了

與千山簽訂保養合約的客戶要注意了,跟千山合作多年,一向非常信賴他們的保養安排,沒想到去年的保養不但少了一次,而且合約到期以往技師都會通知續約,結果去年一整年沒人通知續約,就這樣喝了一整年濾心沒換,儲水桶沒洗的“淨水器”, 還是因為家人生了一場大病抽絲剝繭才發現自己家淨水器好像很久沒來換洗而發現的,失望至極,就是因為工作繁忙怕忘記才委託他們安排保養,太信任的結果居然踩到地雷了,公司的管理制度實在出現很大的問題,該好好檢討了。

#更新 後來有改善了,真的客服人員會不會接待差很多 剛買的時候很主動提醒更換濾心,後來簽了濾心合約後就再也沒接過電話,沒簽約前說機子説要更換濾心就得更換了,簽了以後打電話預約就説不用這麽快換可以等一年到再換,然後4月底打電話永遠要約到5月中才能換,錢收了就ㄧ種要換不換的態度,維修人員很少,買了要換濾心要維修或保養都很難約,常常會約滿,通常都要等上半個月,水每天要喝的,如果對維修部份要等這麼久真的很困擾,這台壞掉後不會再買他們家的,售後服務很爛,要買的人要想清楚

1~去年致電客服要換濾心,說一次換3支可獲得洗澡用的濾器,我說好 過來換順便帶來 客服表示缺貨 須等3個月 之後要補寄,我就忘了這事。今年又要換濾心了 去年說要送的東西呢?去電客服 說要換濾心及詢問贈品之事 就否認贈品之事(要追究是谁說的) 之後就沒下文了 ~~~ 2~今年換完濾心現場刷卡 第一次刷卡說感熱紙裝反並表示已取消交易 ,要求刷第二次,過半個月後我收到帳張 ~傻眼~~~ 一次消費重複刷2筆 (公司會計也沒發現多一筆款,難道請款也沒再對出貨單?) 這家公司管理我覺的有問題~~對帳有問題 ? 客服有問題服有問題~~相應不理等同虛設!! 3.商品品質即使很好~但我還能相信嗎?

如果要買千山淨水的人要三思,畢竟維修要等要排時間(維修人手不足?),大保養的那幾天(一週左右)也沒有替代機子讓客戶暫用,比較不便利。如果家裡提水不方便的話,不建議。 *** 一開始覺得服務都很好,也會定期通知保養,很貼心。但後來遇到大保養需拆回去保養,保養時間要很多天,公司沒有機子讓客戶先替換著用,造成很多天需要搬礦泉水喝,這點很不貼心,以及機子壞掉需維修還要排時間,水是每天都會用到的,維修沒辦法即時真的會造成困擾。不只我遇到連朋友也是,我們都覺得以後這台壞掉不買你們家的產品了,會改向其他間售後維修服務比較好的牌子。 現在那麼多飲水過濾廠牌,要怎樣留住顧客的心,售後服務就是一個打口碑的機會,只是覺得很可惜,也希望領導者看到客戶訴求並能改進。
