水煎餃，素食不能吃，有豬肉，餡兒是大眾口味：沒有包你最愛吃的松露魚翅鮑魚雙降牛排等，只能選韭菜的高麗菜的或是二者綜合的。
外皮，很不錯：底部酥脆，摺子處不會發硬扎破口腔黏膜，兩處之間，又不會軟爛。火後控制得宜，吃起來不油膩。
什麼？比不上鼎·泰·豐？唉呀……這家一份煎餃只收你新台幣30元，就別再挑剔了好嗎。

皮摺子的部份有些硬，本人牙口比較差。
淋上辣椒醬油，會越吃越唰嘴。
