肉桂粉（清華桂）很香，撒在卡布奇諾上或是做肉桂捲，味道很夠。
孜然粉比超市買到的味道更濃，烤牛肉、烤羊肉的絕配。
I have bought Chinese medicine braised buns several times (mutton stove, Siwu soup), and the ingredients are good and cheap.
Cinnamon powder (Tsinghua Gui) is very fragrant, and it's full of flavor when sprinkled on cappuccinos or in cinnamon rolls.
