櫻花是好公司,但這間分店除外,因為老闆為了賺錢,會推銷劣質品給客戶,譬如用不到一年就產生銅綠的廚房水龍頭,慎思。 寫這評論的當天,這店家的老闆私下mail回應,說是我自己使用不當,不要發佈不實評論,我請他在此回覆,讓所有人都看得到,消費者自有公斷,並建議他,客戶最痛恨只會怪罪客戶的店家。我想看看他是否真敢將回應我的那些話在這邊回覆。(相關mail我會永久保留,以備不時之需),櫻花原廠的處理人員處理方式和態度,就很令人滿意,櫻花確實是一家好公司。 要安裝櫻花產品的消費者,建議去附近的分店消費,才不會產品出了問題,還被安一個自己使用不當的大帽子。花錢消費是愉快的,不是要換來超不爽的經驗,消費前要慎選店家。 今天(2019.10.13)看了店家的回應,更是無言,之前把錯怪到消費者自己使用不當,現在更變本加厲:“要保留法律追訴權!” 呵呵,恐嚇起消費者了。各位消費者眼睛是雪亮的,花錢消費是買愉快的,絕對不會想要被指控自己使用不當,更不會希望被恐嚇!消費者聰明得很,自會選擇適合自己的店家。我只看到這店家老闆還不知道自己問題出在哪裡,反而越搞越慘,看起來不是客服出身,完全不懂客服;反觀櫻花原廠的處理態度,就令人滿意。講那麼清楚了,若這老闆還無法頓悟,我還真不知該說啥了。 之所以會在事情發生幾年後才在此留言,純粹是剛好路過這裡,發現之前唯一的評分是5分最高分,和自己的消費經驗完全不同,因此,決定留言,給其他消費者更多面向的參考。決定權都在消費者。
