我實在看不懂這個邏輯。
如果真的是如此，什麼叫做“必需胺基酸”?如果沒有這些胺基酸，人會怎樣呢?又人體無法自行製造?
******那麼我們的祖先是如何存活下來的？我們又如何傳承下來的？在我們科技還沒有發達，無法以科技製造這些人體必需胺基酸以前，我們又是如何活下來的？

I really can't understand this logic.
If this is the case, what are "essential amino acids"? What would humans do without these amino acids? And the human body cannot make them on their own?
******So how did our ancestors survive? How did we pass it on? How did we survive before our technology was not advanced enough to manufacture these essential amino acids with technology?
