★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ㄧ個糟糕的基金會,服務者竟然可以肆無忌憚的在病人家大聲講電話打屁,還擅自跑去服務者奶奶家大小聲的講電話,前提是使用者不知情的狀況下,來了,當天簽約沒說手不能碰水,接下來,就更離譜,手不能碰水,是否代表手也不能洗?說好的備餐,也不是很想備,只想用買的,再來幾乎整天耳機掛著講電話打屁,影響了病人的心情跟病情,裡面還有小插曲,用了一星期 真心覺得彭宛如到底是怎麼了?要中止合約,當場依照督導講得天數費用跟服務者確認錢也算好了,終止書也拿走了,竟然事後還打電話來要錢。想想這樣的基金會誰還敢用?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛透了的基金會!我們透過網路申請家事清潔人員服務,結果人員的工作方式極差!惡劣的態度反應後還沒有得到對方的道歉!後來致電到他們的辦公室找陳督導反應,得到的結果就是搪塞,找一堆理由,當初說可以換工作人員,我們才與基金會簽合約協議每個月扣款300元捐款,外加一個清潔人員1300 服務開支。結果 一有問題就是要我們雇主繼續忍耐與原有的清潔人員磨合!(原來他們基金會沒有人手可以替換)???? 這樣的作法就是話術他人先加入會費之後再慢慢說服對方要磨合要忍耐,運氣不佳的遇到惡劣清潔人員只能鼻子摸摸,因為沒人可以處理!除非你放棄合約.....建議不要加入他們的行列!
說什麼人員都是受過訓練的,其實條件就是差,素質參差不齊,還會破壞雇主的傢俱,主事的督導也是只是敷衍而已!
真的缺清潔人員可以去別的地方找,因為我就是那個氣到不行的受害者!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 起初只是覺得自己有能力幫助別人而找基金會,結果連Dyson吸塵器都被用壞!前面2次想說給彼此機會磨合,結果第三次要清洗吸塵器前一直有告知我們可以自己處理,清潔人員屢勸不聽,結果零件未乾就裝上,導致整支吸塵器無法正常運作,跟陳督導反應也是一直抱歉有的沒的,整個感覺真的很差很不舒服,建議大家可以三思,自己的經驗提供給大家。
