臉超臭+不屑的口氣。甚至等了一個多小時之後才問我叫什麼名字、看診沒，哈囉？我一開始進來的時候就有跟你講過了欸，時間都給你浪費就好了ㄚ^_^
這家診所的優點就是吳醫生服務態度良好又專業，啊櫃檯人員的部分真的還有非常多的進步空間。

Face smelly + disdainful tone. I even waited for more than an hour before asking me what my name was and did I see a doctor, hello? I told you when I first came in. Hey, all the time is wasted for you ㄚ^_^
The advantage of this clinic is that Dr. Wu's service attitude is good and professional, and there is really a lot of room for improvement in the counter staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年年底諮詢，2021年年初開始隱適美矯正，矯正當中吳醫師非常專業，加上櫃檯人員、牙助都非常有耐心講解、動作也都很輕柔，我只有諮詢壹號牙科就決定是找吳醫師矯正，但不知道為什麼2021年年底熟悉的櫃檯人員、牙助都換人了，最近才剛去回診，只是要預約下一次回診櫃檯人員真的態度非常差，並不是每個人都是正常上下班不需要輪班，再預約回診時口氣也不需要那麼差，記得有一位很資深工作人員孟潔真的很細心又溫柔，但很可惜之後回診都沒看到她了?

Physician Wu corrected, but I don’t know why the familiar counter staff and dental assistants have been replaced by the end of 2021. I just went back to the clinic recently, but the attitude of the counter staff to make an appointment for the next visit is really bad, not everyone is normal. You don’t need to take shifts after get off work, and you don’t need to be so bad when you make an appointment for a return visit. I remember that a very senior staff member Meng Jie was really attentive and gentle, but it’s a pity that I didn’t see her after the return visit?
