2.窗台很會漏水，漏水了兩次都處理不好還是一直漏，還要千拜託萬拜託才肯派人處理，填充完漏水處到補漆又是一場惡夢輪迴，如果有零顆星選項，我連一顆星都不屑給，最近要看城驛建案的人建議三思，後續維修保固品質是否有能力跟上
