進一樓時表示疫情無法上去三樓長照中心辦理
繳交資料詢問五次當時一樓收單子的大叔！
他說不用繳交長照小卡
我還告知他其他縣市有收取
他還是說不用繳交
他看起來就是不了解該收什麼資料
好了現在又要人家重新寄送資料
請問可以不要安排不了解
該收什麼資料的人在一樓嗎
