家中遇到喪事，親友請該店家送花致意，本是一件好事
但卻遇到店家回收花架時，只收花架，把自己要的絲帶都拿走，將所有的花都留在喪家門口。
致電告知還不處理，後來還硬說是我們沒聯絡，想推卸責任
遇到這種事情，應該是要向喪家道歉與檢討，但卻覺得自己無辜，真的無辜的是被送花的喪家吧。
