鹽埕埔大溝頂一直是我很喜歡的秘密景點,這裡是過去風華年代的寫照,這裡的建築、光與影都深深吸引著我。 這些年代老宅近期也因新生代進駐而有了一股生機,傳統的、創新的全部都在此匯合,非常值得大家撥個幾小時,好好地漫步在鹽埕的神奇小巷弄裡。 【孫家肉粽】1953年就開始了,最早是在大溝頂的溝仔頭的一個攤販,由外婆孫黃金華販賣肉粽跟菜粽二種。在很多老鹽埕人的口中,這裡就是那個阿嬤的肉粽攤,我們老家在苓雅寮,過去我的阿公也時常騎著腳踏車載著我們來買,滿滿都是回憶。 孫家肉粽如同高雄其他肉粽名店一般,都有著鮮明的南部粽特色,就是【軟濡】及【濕潤】,個人倒是不討厭這種口感,北部粽南部粽只要是米食我都喜歡,若你真的無法接受米黏在一起又感覺濕濕的肉粽,可以不用自找罪受xD 鹽埕還有幾家肉粽名店也是這種口感,若能接受就來個肉粽巡禮吧! 配上醬油膏以及肉鬆,當成簡單的一餐也是不錯,老鹽埕的步調讓人非常放鬆。

I like the northern and southern dumplings as long as they are rice dishes. You really can't stand rice dumplings that stick together and feel soggy, you don't have to ask for guilt xD There are also several famous meat dumpling shops in Yancheng. If you can accept it, let’s have a meat dumpling tour! With soy sauce paste and meat floss, it is also a good meal as a simple meal. The pace of Lao Yancheng is very relaxing.

點了肉粽與菜粽,料多價格實惠,花生粉、甜醬油膏更是不能少的配角,但是米粒稍微軟黏了些
