Not a place for a full meal, don't order their rice bowl. It was very average. But the fish soup alone deserves a visit!
*Note that there are tiny fish bones, not a lot but be careful when eating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚米粉湯?好喝 incredible local food place hidden in the old part of the city. The milk fish soup is what the locals come for. The milk fish cakes great to take home and eat later. Staff is friendly but remember locals eat here decor definitely rustic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milk fish belly paste noodle soup for $70. No English menu. Friendly staff. Fast service. Enough tables and chairs for a fast customer turnover. Very generous with the fish! A bit salty with msg. Went on a Saturday late morning and didn't have to wait at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time been here on Sunday morning @9：30am. Lots of people. No need to wait. We ordered fish belly ball soup, tempura, pork belly rice. Fish ball soup was totally impressed. 2/3 soup were fish balls. Tasted super fresh and tender, but please be careful on bone. Pork belly was above average. The worst one is tempura. Nothing special. No need to order if you aren't tempura lover. Overall, this is the must try traditional Kaohsiung breakfast place.

Lots of people here, the environment was really relaxing and chill
Milk fish tasted smoothly and I like the soup, they made a good team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must visit whenever I’m in Kaohsiung, no matter how tight my schedules are. The soup is absolutely stunning, packed with sweetness of milk fish! I like how simple it is, accentuating how fresh the ingredients are, with only julienned ginger as garnish.
