★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고의인지 실수인지 모르겠으나 390twd 짜리를 990 받아서 아니라고 하니까 다시 확인하고 590 받아서 이것도 아니라고 하다가 기분이 좋지 않아 그냥 안 산다고 했습니다. 작은 사과 한마디도 없던데 문화 차이 인걸까요? 영수증은 이전에 다른 지점에서는 주던데 여기는 안주길래 여쭤봤더니 정책에 바뀌었다고 하셨어요. 딱히 불친절한 것은 아니나 별로 추천하고 싶지 않네요.
I don't know if it's intentional or a mistake, but I received a 990 of 390twd and said that it wasn't, so I checked again and received a 590 and said it wasn't, but I wasn't feeling well, so I just said I didn't live. I didn't even have a small apology. Is it a cultural difference? The receipt was given to me at another branch before, but when I asked it because it was a snack, he said that the policy changed. It's not particularly unkind, but I don't want to recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非直營卻比直營還要花心思留住顧客，譬如集點換小店內小獎品！也不像其他直營門市或鼓吹&洗腦要不要換更好資費………等(反正臺灣電信也嘛只有這三大家，換來換去也只是羊毛出在羊身上！品質與服務才是重點！)
Non-direct sales are more expensive than direct sales to retain customers, such as collecting points for small prizes in small stores! It's not like other directly-operated stores or advocating & brainwashing whether to exchange for better tariffs... etc. (Anyway, Taiwan Telecom has only these three people, and it's only the sheep who exchanges it! Quality and service are the focus !)
