配料筍乾鹹香但不搶走湯頭的風味。
菜單上無針對湯的鹹度、麵條軟硬客製調整的項目，若需要調整口味可在點餐時直接跟老闆說明。

進去環境乾淨明亮
拉麵少見的使用雞肉，蠻特殊的，也不錯吃
丼飯肉給的很有誠意，且味道十分好吃
是值得一吃的好店

鹽味拉麵湯頭也如店面外表乾乾淨淨，鹽味中透露一點甜味，但不死鹹沒有不天然的高湯位，麵條略為普通，叉燒是雞胸軟嫩不柴，整體來說感覺罪惡感很少的一碗拉麵
唐揚雞中上，柚子醬帶點酸甜，有點解膩的效果

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new ramen restaurant in the neighborhood, and I tried their 麻辣地獄味噌拉麺 (numbing spice hell miso noodles) and asked for the spicy version at 220 NTD. I love spicy food and I've tried similar spicy ramen in Japan, but this version was fairly mild in comparison. There were a few thin slices of pork along with the half-boiled egg. The broth is good, but nothing special. It seems quite overpriced compared to local restaurants like 陳家豬肉麵 (Chenjia Zhuroumian) that has much better noodles, broth, and plenty of meat for 100 NTD a bowl.
